Effect:
Tungsten particles, also known as tungsten flux, are used to process metal tungsten into fine particles with particle size of 20-40 mesh and high purity of 99.95% or more, so they are also known as pure tungsten flux. They are mainly used as the flux for high-frequency combustion in high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer, with good melting effect and very stable analysis results.
Tungsten flux is used for infrared carbon and sulfur analysis. It is used for carbon and sulfur analysis of steel, alloy and other metal and non-metallic materials.
Purpose:
Tungsten particles are mainly used for the analysis of infrared carbon sulfur oxide melting aid combustibles, which helps to reduce the melting point of combustibles and promote the release of carbon and sulfur. In the production of tungsten products, tungsten cemented carbides, such as contact alloys, heavy alloys, cemented carbides, and alloy additives, are usually processed into particles for wear resistance and grinding industries. Tungsten oxide metal particles in the infrared carbon sulfur analyzer help reduce the melting point of combustibles and promote the release of carbon and sulfur during combustion.
