Product Description
Casting WC/nickel based alloy powder
Casting a physical mixture of tungsten carbide (WC) and nickel based alloy powder,
Cast tungsten carbide has an irregular shape, with a high hardness of HV0.1 up to 2200 and good wear resistance; Nickel based alloy powder is spherical in shape and has good wettability with cast tungsten carbide.
Usage effect:
PTA overlay welding layer has high hardness, good wear resistance, fast overlay welding speed, uniform and dense welding layer, and low porosity.
The hardness HRC of PTA overlay welding layer can reach 56-62, the wear resistance is 5-10 times that of conventional products, and the service life is 3-5 times that of conventional products.
Application fields:
It can be welded onto low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, low alloy steel, and cast steel parts, used for the manufacturing and repair of vulnerable parts subjected to strong abrasive wear at low, medium, and high levels of impact.
Typical applications include surfacing and repair of equipment for oil sands, brown coal mines, oil drilling tools, excavator buckets, extrusion screws for plastic processing, and grain and oil processing equipment.
