Product Description :
Cast tungsten carbide has extremely high hardness and wear resistance, with a hardness of 93-93.7 and a microhardness ranging from 2500-3000kg/mm ². It is one of the hardest and most wear-resistant materials with lower cost.
Cast tungsten carbide powder is in the form of gray particles or powder, with a high density of 16.5g/cm ³.
Tungsten carbide is insoluble in water, hydrochloric acid, and sulfuric acid, but easily soluble in mixed acids of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
Cast tungsten carbide can be divided into different types according to demand, such as cast tungsten carbide powder products (YZf), high carbon cast tungsten carbide powder products (YZGf), cast tungsten carbide tube products (YZg), etc. Its specifications are diverse, with particle sizes ranging from -5 to+10 mesh for YZ5 to 10f to -200 to+400 mesh for YZ200 to 400f, corresponding to different particle sizes.
Applications
