Ferro-molybdenum alloy can increase the wear resistance of alloy products and is widely used in welding consumables and powder metallurgy industries. The particle size can be controlled to -60 mesh; -80 mesh; -300 mesh; -500 mesh.
Adding molybdenum alloy elements to iron-based powder metallurgy products can improve the strength and hardness of the products to meet the requirements of high-strength working conditions. This is because the addition of molybdenum-iron alloying elements can improve the metallographic structure of iron-based powder metallurgy products during the sintering process. Change the position of the S point on the Fe-C phase diagram to reduce the pearlite carbon content. Change the distribution and morphology of carbides to form granular bainite. With other alloying elements (such as chromium, nickel, etc.), it is easy to form acicular bainite and improve the strength of the product.
