The agglomerated sintered gray/black spherical or near-spherical particles have good fluidity;
The maximum working temperature is 500ºC;
The hard and dense coating is resistant to abrasive wear, sliding wear, erosion wear and cavitation;
NiCr has higher corrosion resistance than Co and CoCr, and excellent resistance to seawater (salt water) corrosion;
It is mainly applied in oilfield equipment, ball valves (in oxidizing environments), gate valve hydraulic rods, transport container hydraulic rods, petrochemical industry, offshore equipment and components, etc.
