Product Description

A physical mixture of spherical or polyhedral cemented carbide and nickel based alloy powder, dark gray powder.
Hard alloys are divided into spherical and irregular shapes, with high hardness (HV0.1 up to 1800) and good wear resistance; The bending strength can reach 3600MPa; Nickel based alloy powder is spherical in shape and has good wettability with hard alloys. PTA overlay has good wear resistance, low porosity, and excellent impact resistance.
Usage effect:
PTA overlay welding layer has high hardness, high impact toughness, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, fast overlay welding speed, uniform and dense welding layer, low porosity, and can achieve crack free overlay welding.
The hardness HRC of PTA overlay welding layer can reach 55-63, the wear resistance is 5-10 times that of conventional products, and the service life is 3-5 times that of conventional products.
Application fields:
It can be welded onto low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, low alloy steel, and cast steel parts, used for the manufacturing and repair of vulnerable parts subjected to strong abrasive wear at low, medium, and high levels of impact.
Typical applications include welding and repairing worn parts of various mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, mining tools and equipment, petroleum machinery, excavation tools, bulldozing equipment, agricultural machinery, etc.
