Product Description
Spherical tungsten powder
Spherical tungsten powder has a high melting point of 2525 ºC, high hardness, high fluidity, high wear resistance and chemical stability, and is dark gray.
This product is used in 3D printing, thermal spraying, chemical reagents and spray welding powder industries.
1. Tungsten powder has high purity, uniform particle size and good dispersion. It is an important raw material for producing tungsten carbide powder. Spherical tungsten powder has better performance.
2. Tungsten powder not only has high hardness, but also has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
3. The melting point of tungsten is 3400 º C. Boiling point 5555 º C, insoluble in water, acid and alkali resistant.
Tungsten is the hardest metal. The hardness of sintered tungsten rod is 200~250, and the hardness of tungsten rod passing through rotary hammer is 350~400.
Item composition:
Tungsten is the Refractory metals with the highest melting point. Generally, the metal with a melting point higher than 1650 ºC and a certain reserve and the metal with a melting point higher than the zirconium melting point (1852 ºC) are called refractory metals. Typical Refractory metals are tungsten, tantalum, molybdenum, niobium, hafnium, chromium, vanadium, zirconium and titanium. As a Refractory metals, the most important advantage of tungsten is that it has good high temperature strength and good corrosion resistance to molten alkali metal and steam. Tungsten only appears oxide volatilization and liquid oxide above 1000 ºC. However, it also has the disadvantage of high plastic brittle transition temperature and difficulty in plastic processing at room temperature. Refractory metals represented by tungsten have been widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, electronics, light sources, machinery industry and other sectors.
