Spherical Nickel powder 

Pure spherical nickel powder, produced by sol-gel method, specifically for 3D printing.

Nickel powder is used to make non-ferrous alloys, high-temperature resistant, anti-oxidation materials, magnetic materials, and also can be used as a hydrogenation catalyst for chemical reactions.

Metallic pigments with nickel as the main component, including nickel and nickel powder. The former is used to distill and purify carbonyl nickel [Ni (CO) 4] for vapor decomposition. By controlling temperature, carbon mon oxide and gas dilution additives (oxygen and nitrogen) are formed under proper nickel particle shape. Carbon mon oxide is washed off by carbon dioxide gas, and the oxygen content on the particle surface is controlled to 0.065%; The latter is to use high-purity nickel powder, in the presence of appropriate media and liquid lubricants, to grind with steel balls in a ball mill to form plates of appropriate thickness.
