Tungsten cobalt alloy
Tungsten cobalt alloy balls are powder metallurgy products made of high hardness refractory metal carbide (WC, TiC) micron-sized powder as the main ingredient and cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as the binder, which are sintered in a vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace.
Product Description
Cemented carbide balls are high hardness, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, bending-resistant, and can be used in harsh environments and in place of steel ball type products. Can be used in high temperature environment higher than 400 ºC, tungsten carbide ball hardness ≥ 90.5, density = 14.9g/cm3.
Application range
Cemented Carbide Balls have a wide range of applications, such as: ball screws, inertial navigation systems, precision parts punching and stretching, precision bearings, instruments, meters, pens, sprayers, pumps, mechanical parts, sealing valves, brake pumps, punching and squeezing holes, oil fields, hydrochloric acid laboratory, hardness measuring instruments, high-quality fishing gear, counterweights, finishing and other industries.
