10Co4Cr tungsten carbide is a kind of tungsten carbide cobalt chromium powder, which is composed of WC10Co4Cr. It is another important wear-resistant spraying material after WC12Co. Compared with WC12Co powder, WC10Co4Cr coating is not only wear-resistant, but also has a certain corrosion resistance. WC10Co4Cr should be a good choice when working conditions include not only wear but also corrosion.
The inherent characteristics of WC Co coating are wear-resistant grain wear, erosion wear and micro vibration wear, while the introduction of Cr element provides corrosion resistance. This kind of material is a good substitute for hard chromium plating.
